對葡萄酒產業有濃厚熱誠? 不想紙上談兵想有更多實踐機會?
為培養更多專業人才，大亞國際集團董事總經理龐建貽先生於去年決定開辦「波爾多實習計劃」（Bordeaux Internship Programme）。
第一屆實習計劃合共資助10位本港大專院校學生，並對他們產生非常正面以及啟發性的幫助。
波爾多實習計劃2020資助名額更將増至20名，並由資深專業評委進行選拔。獲選同學將可以遠赴波爾多列級酒莊，於2至3周內修讀相關課程及參與葡萄酒製作工序，同時感受當地的葡萄酒文化、酒莊歷史與故事。
計劃現正接受本港大專院校學生報名，截止日期為2020年4月30日。

Have a strong enthusiasm for the wine industry and looking for more practical opportunities?
In
order to train more professionals, Mr. Paulo Pong, Managing Director of
Altaya Group, launched the Bordeaux Internship Programme since last
year.
The first internship program supported a total of 10
students from tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and provided them with
very positive and inspiring opportunities.
In 2020, the Bordeaux
Internship Programme will be extended to 20 students who will be
selected by a panel of professional judges. Selected students will
travel to various renowned Bordeaux wineries for in-depth wine courses
and hands-on experience of the wine making process in 2 to 3 weeks and a
great chance to learn from the local wine culture, their winery history
and heritage.
